**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Education Director to lead our educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for education and strong leadership skills.

Must have current TEACH certification, bith-2nd.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement educational strategies in line with organizational goals

- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with educational standards

- Lead fundraising efforts to support educational programs

- Represent the organization at public events and engage with stakeholders

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the education department

- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality program delivery

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the education sector

- Strong background in strategic planning and education administration

- Demonstrated success in curriculum development and program management

- Excellent public speaking and communication skills

- Ability to educate, supervise, and manage a diverse team
